 Coast-to-Coast Countdown 2027 is Nexstar’s nationwide New Year’s Eve celebration, ringing in the new year across four time zones from New York, Dallas, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Last year, this program delivered an average audience of almost 1.5M viewers 18+ at any given point on the 4.5 program on linear alone, let alone the additional audiences reached streaming, digital & social.  The initiative includes live and look-live cut-ins, premium musical performances, lifestyle integrations, and sponsorable digital experiences, creating one of the year’s most engaging multi-market events. 

 Next Steps:  

1. Local Stations: Submit Holiday Gift Guide program date and time by September 23rd. 

2. Local Stations: Premiere the Holiday Gift Guide special between November 25th and November 29th, with recommended dates being November 27th to November 29th. 

3. Local Stations: Incorporate a charity organization if preempting Prime or Prime Access day part. 

4. Local Stations: Customize the Holiday Gift Guide section locally and upload all local content. 

5. Local Stations: Work with digital leadership to ensure compliance with Amazon partnership restrictions.
